Communication
This guide details the internal and external communication platforms and contact numbers for the organization.
Internal Messaging
- We recommend using Google Chat or Signal for internal messaging and communication.
Employee Work Phones (Google Voice)
Google Voice is recommend to be used for employees to create and use as a work phone number.
- Policy: Employees will NEVER give out their personal phone numbers to customers/clients.
- Availability: The Google Voice mobile app allows for “Do Not Disturb” mode to enable/disable when you are and are not working.
- We recommend work email to be hosted by:
- Google Workspace/Gmail - ‘https://workspace.google.com/’
- Microsoft Office 365 - `https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/exchange/exchange-online’
Phone Numbers (External & Internal)
