Our commitment to client privacy and data security is paramount whether we are working on your systems in-shop or on-site.


Access and Disclosure of Client Information

  1. Passwords and Logins: Login information for client accounts, computers, and networks will not be revealed to anyone in or outside the company.
  2. No Unauthorized Recording: No local records will be kept by ANY field technicians or employees regarding passwords or private technical information.
  3. Login Storage: We do not keep a permanent record of a client’s login information unless we are explicitly asked to do so by the client.
  4. Purpose of Access: Any and all computer and account access will be solely for conducting repair or support services.
  5. Information Confidentiality: Any obtained personal or technical information will not be shown or revealed to anyone.
  6. Software Integrity: No software program(s) owned by the client will be removed or transferred for any reason from their digital property.

Data Security and Privacy

  1. Primary Goal: Helping to keep your personal data safe against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration is our top priority.
  2. Security Measures: When a system is brought in for service or repair, we utilize technical, physical, and administrative security measures that include:
    • Firewalls: To help prevent outside unauthorized access.
    • Data Encryption: For any information transmitted.
    • Physical Access Controls: For where computers are stored and worked on when brought in.

Non-Disclosure Agreements and Termination

  1. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): If a company or client has a system with sensitive data or information, management can and will sign any needed Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality Agreement. Field technicians do not have the administrative power to agree to an NDA or CA.
  2. Service Termination: If a client decides to no longer use our services, all copies of any stored information regarding a client and their computer/technical setup will be returned to the client immediately and removed from our systems permanently.

While we do our absolute best to keep our systems and services protected, the client is ultimately responsible for keeping any/all of their data safe and secure.
