Service Rates

Onsite or Remote Support Rates

Residential Clients: $HourlyRate

  • 1 hour is usually enough time for most residential jobs!

Business Clients: $HourlyRate (flat rate)

Trip Fee: For business or residential clients more than 15 miles from our office, we charge a trip fee calculated based on total distance and travel time.

In-Shop Service Rates

Standard Rate: $HourlyRate

Diagnostics: $Fee-$FeeMax if extensive testing is required to identify the issue

  • Diagnostics completed in under 15 minutes are FREE!

Important: Please schedule all drop-offs ahead of time to ensure someone is available at the office to check in your system.

Service Details

What is the turnaround time for in-shop repair?

Average turnaround: 3-5 business days for most jobs

  • We prefer to give a longer estimate and deliver sooner rather than the opposite

With diagnostics: Add an additional 2-3 days for diagnostic work before repair begins

  • We always get customer approval before moving forward with any repair work or service

Express service: Some jobs can be completed in as quickly as 24-48 hours, depending on the work needed


Services We Provide

Do we buy used computers or parts?

No, we do not buy used computers or parts as we cannot resell them with any reliability guarantee.

What systems do we work on?

We work on:

  • Mac/Apple & iOS
  • Microsoft Windows & Server OS
  • Linux (Desktop & Server)
  • Chromebook & Android Systems

Do we recycle computer parts and electronics?

We do this in a limited capacity.

Can we help someone who lives outside of the area?

Yes! As long as your computer is physically working and you have a good internet connection, we can help anybody, anywhere!

  • We use TeamViewer for remote support assistance

Do we provide data recovery services?

Yes, we provide data recovery services for:

  • PC, Laptop, and Server drives
  • RAID arrays
  • Various storage devices

Pricing:

  • Standard recovery: $100-$200 on average
  • Clean-room recovery: Costs vary (quote provided as needed)

Requirements: Basic information about the drive issues is needed for a quote

Note: We have a clean-room recovery partner for advanced cases. We do not perform data recovery for phones, but our partner can.

Do we sell or build computers?

Yes, we sell and build:

  • New โ€œBig Boxโ€ computers
  • Custom computer systems
  • Servers

What we need:

  • Basic usage information (what the computer will be used for)
  • Specific part requests
  • Budget

Warranty: We provide a 2-year labor guarantee on all custom-built computers

Do we provide repair services for printers?

Physical repairs: No, we do not physically service computer printers (fix or replace internal parts)

Services we provide:

  • Installation and setup
  • Configuration
  • Networking
  • General troubleshooting

3D Printers: We provide limited service (part repair/replacement, upgrades), but we no longer do custom firmware work

Do we fix tablets or cell phones?

Software services: Yes, we can help set up, configure, and troubleshoot tablets and cellphones

Hardware repairs: No, we do not provide physical repair services such as:

  • Screen replacement
  • Battery replacement
  • Charging port repair

Do we do wiring service/installation?

In-wall wiring: No, we are not low-voltage certified to run any in-wall wiring

Services we provide:

  • Terminate connections
  • Install/replace connection ends
  • Set up/install network racks

Limitations: We cannot perform in-wall or cable-run wiring work
